Origin Of Life
Out of somewhere from a world
Unmapped, covert and obscure
A fearful tread across the field
An unwilling soul inside a fleshy shield
Landing inside the earth's womb
Uneasy to rest, numb to move
Innumerable those lay beside me
Kindred they seemed, surprised me
The heat of the sun, the splash of water
Inflicted pain, brought cruel torture
From the gradual loss of my coat
To myself seemingly getting bloat
The anxiousness raised me a bit
But my tiny heart couldn't clinch
When a soft radical was growing down
Above a petty plumule was piercing through
My bewildered self sneaked around
The hustle was all abound
I, the proud leader of the project
And others followed what I set
Soon I learned dawn and dusk
The value of water and the sun
And my diffidence made me smart
When to coil and when to unwrap
As I grew, I grew very tall
I swayed the field with my talisman
It's this wondrous endeavor to survive
I learned it as a conventional origin of life.
